Meet Robin and Brad (Chef B-Rad)
CoCo's Bakery started as a simple family affair. 11 years ago, we decided to try making ice cream for a small family event. Little did we know that this ice cream would be an absolute hit and end up becoming a staple of every family gathering since. Word spread to our friends, coworkers and their friends and eventually we ended in a school cafeteria serving over 250 marching band kids and their parents and ran clean out of everything! It was at that moment we knew we had something special to offer the world.
This inspired Brad to explore everything the dessert world had to offer. He would end up pursuing pastry and through his education there, we ended up adding cookies and cakes and various other pastries to our list of culinary capabilities. We've found that some much joy and cheer can be spread from something as simple as the classic chocolate chip cookie and through CoCo's, we can't wait to spread that joy to whoever wants it!
